“2008 Mt Difficulty Target Gully Riesling was exceptional. The nose has outstanding intesity, with floral and lime notes, and the palate flavours follow beautifully. Bourne thought it had‘wonderful lime cordial flavour and good minerality. Mouth-watering, tight acidity powers through the finish.’ The wine has quite distinct sweetness, but the acid balance is so good the wine finishes quite clean and dry.” View Mt Difficulty Target Gully Riesling 2008
