Pipeclay Terrace Pinot Noir 2007

Our Single Vineyard Pinot Noirs have been created to show specific attributes of each vineyard. They are only made in limited quantities and are not produced every year. This vintage was distinctive showing classic Pipeclay Bing/ Stella cherry and blackberry alongside liquorice and spice. The wine displays a strong fruit entry, which moves into a rich and sensuous mid-palate. The wine finishes strongly with a combination of fruit and finely grained tannin.
