Pinot Gris 2001

This wine displays aromas that are evocative of apple and old fashioned roses with a yeast complexity from its time on lees. The palate displays crisp fruit in the same vein, while the mid palate is full, creamy and well textured. Finally the wine finishes on a crisp fruit driven note. This wine is an excellent alternative to Chardonnay.
