Mt Difficulty Long Gully Pinot Noir 2007

From a vineyard that supplies core fruit for the Mt Difficulty Central Otago Pinot Noir label, this is a more ‘feminine’ style than its Pipeclay Terrace stablemate. The 2007 vintage matured for 18 months in French oak barriques, is very floral and supple, with lovely, sweet-fruit flavours of cherries and plums, ripe and silky-smooth. It’s delicious now.
