Mt Difficulty Long Gully Pinot Noir 2007
Usually cropped at less than 1 ton per acre. Only 350-400 cases are produced – the single vineyards are not made every year, only when that vineyard makes an extraordinary wine. Unfined / unfiltered. Medium+ ruby-purple colour. Delicate floral aromas, red cherry and warm raspberry, white pepper and cinnamon. Crisp, tightly knit, medium+ level of fine grained tannins. Concentrated flavours yet elegant styling. Long finish with a bit of spice.
